Self-driven project

GOAL: To design high performance running shoes' soles for overpronation.

Software used:

Blender, Procreate, Gravity Sketch VR.

inspiration + sketching

inspired by squids and their hydrodynamics. the sole blends organic form with a sleek construction.

overpronation:

The foot naturally rolls inwards during each stride.

The problem: shoes without the proper cushioning may result in pain in the runner's feet's arches.
